In fact, this is my first time to try keto food.I also know it before, but you know this is my first time to have a try.As a model, I made the science and health plans. Of course, you don’t know me？I’m Angela; a 30-something mommy , specialized in Health Education, marketing specialist and an international fashion model for 20 years. I’ve worked for Viktor & Rolf, Nivea, Escada, Elle, Vogue and Glamour for 20 years.
I write about everything that I find worth sharing. Go ahead an take a look around. Don’t hesitate to share your thought or opinions. Enjoy!
Today,I’ll introduce Skinny Peanut Butter Protein Shake.Have I ever told you that my favorite food is peanut butter? Eaten right out of the jar, with a drop of honey mixed in to it every few bites. Spoon after spoon after spoon.
Firstly, you need 1 banana, in chunks,3 scoops protein powder,1 cup almond milk,1 cup water,1/2 cup peanut butter,1 tablespoon agave syrup,1 cup ice cubes,1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.
Secondly, Combine the bananas, protein powder, almond milk, water, peanut butter, agave syrup, cinnamon and ice cubes in a blender.
Serve immediately.Optional: top with a few raw cocoa nibs.
I know, I know, spooning honey from a jar is not very waist-line friendly (I can never stop after 1 bite). I found a solution for that though. You know I like to copy-cat recipes and health them, like I did with this keto recipe. that is even healthy enough to have for breakfast!
Like these Peanut Butter & Banana Bonbons and Peanut Butter Cupcakes in Wonderland that I made for my backyard birthday party.
We all know that, being a model is not a easy thing, but it doesn’t mean it can’t be easy. Like this post, there are so many other recipes in the book before, you can find what you want there.
I hope my diet can help you and wish you have a good day！
